Christoff spent 10 plus years in Asia working with a volunteer Christian mission organization. His Passion is Service Excellence and Empowering others.

He has been known to sing Filipino folk songs at Karaoke, surprisingly well for an Americano.
In 2019 Christoff created and launched the Ultimate Speaker Competition, which serves as a platform for ‘Empowering Speakers to Share their Greatness”. Christoff has worked with hundreds of speakers to hone their craft, develop their message, and create impact, influence, and income.
He is the host of the podcast, Its Your Time to Shine! Christoff & his wife, Michelle are the Co-Executive Producers of SPEAK UP tv show Season 5 on Prime Video.
